Judge Hart just issued his ruling in the Tom DeLay-TRMPAC civil case, finding that DeLay and Craddick broke state campaign finance law. The lead plaintiff’s attorney, Cris Feldman, is having a press conference today (Wednesday) at the Travis County Courthouse. We need to get a good crowd down there to show support and in case some Republicans show up.
This is a big deal. The Republican line is that this scandal is a lot of smoke, but not fire. Today, the flames are high.
The courthouse is at 1000 Guadalupe.

Sorry about this, but no rally. Repeat, the only thing you'll get for going to the courthouse today is sunstrike and a parking ticket.
