  • Judge Hart just issued his ruling in the Tom DeLay-TRMPAC civil case, finding that DeLay and Craddick broke state campaign finance law. The lead plaintiff’s attorney, Cris Feldman, is having a press conference today (Wednesday) at the Travis County Courthouse. We need to get a good crowd down there to show support and in case some Republicans show up.

This is a big deal. The Republican line is that this scandal is a lot of smoke, but not fire. Today, the flames are high.

The courthouse is at 1000 Guadalupe.

  • Sorry about this, but no rally. Repeat, the only thing you'll get for going to the courthouse today is sunstrike and a parking ticket.
